What we cover

Summit Care USA is a licensed independent health insurance agency serving consumers in all 50 states. We help individuals and families compare and enroll in four core types of coverage — Health (ACA-compliant major medical and short-term plans), Dental (standalone preventive and major work coverage), Vision (annual exams, frames, lenses, and contacts), and Hearing (audiology exams and hearing aid coverage that fills the Medicare gap). Our licensed agents help you choose any single coverage type or bundle multiple together when it makes sense — whichever fits your situation and budget.

Our Four Services

Coverage by type

Health Insurance

ACA-compliant major medical plans, short-term medical, and family coverage from top-rated carriers. Compare Bronze through Platinum tiers, HMO/PPO/EPO network options, and prescription coverage. Premium tax credits available for households that qualify. We help match plan tier and network to how you actually use healthcare — not just the lowest premium.

Dental Insurance

Standalone dental plans covering preventive cleanings and exams (usually $0 copay), basic fillings and extractions, and major work like crowns, bridges, and root canals. Available year-round — no Open Enrollment window required. Choose PPO for dentist flexibility, HMO for the lowest premium, or Indemnity for any-dentist freedom.

Vision Insurance

Annual eye exams, frame allowances (typically $130–$200), single-vision and progressive lens coverage, and contact lens benefits as an alternative to frames. Low monthly premiums — most members come out ahead in a single year if they wear glasses or contacts. Standalone or bundled with dental for combined savings.

Hearing Insurance

Audiology exams, hearing aid allowances (often $1,000–$2,500 per device), and follow-up adjustment visits. Original Medicare does not cover hearing aids — standalone hearing insurance fills the gap, available year-round for both under-65 consumers and Medicare-eligible adults seeking to round out their coverage.

Bundling Coverage

Should I bundle multiple coverage types?

For most households, bundling at least Dental and Vision alongside a major medical plan delivers meaningful savings — premiums for both are low and benefits get used routinely. Hearing coverage makes sense when you're approaching Medicare age or already wear hearing aids, since out-of-pocket hearing aid costs can run $4,000–$7,000 per pair without insurance. Health is the foundation that everything else builds on.

That said, bundling isn't always right. If you're between jobs and only need a 3–6 month bridge, a single short-term medical plan may serve you better than a multi-coverage package. If you already have employer dental and vision, a standalone health plan alone is the cleaner solution. The best way to know is to walk through your situation with an agent who can model both options and show you actual costs side by side.

That's the conversation our agents have every day. Learn more about how we work or request a free quote — there's no obligation and no pressure either way.
